Life at Triscaleon

What working here actually looks like

We're not a startup in the traditional sense — we're not racing to a Series A or an exit. We're building software we believe in, at a pace that allows us to do it well. That shapes everything about what it's like to work here.

You'll have real ownership over your work. Not the kind where you're handed a ticket and told to close it — the kind where you understand the problem end-to-end, contribute to the decision about how to solve it, and are responsible for the result.

We're based in Ahmedabad. We work together, in person, because we think great products are built by teams that communicate well and know each other. Remote work has its place, but for us — right now — this is the right model.

"We don't want employees who follow instructions. We want teammates who take ownership."

What we value in people

Curiosity

You ask why before you ask how. You're not satisfied with surface explanations.

Integrity

You say what you think, even when it's uncomfortable. You own your mistakes.

Craft

You care about quality in your work and are bothered by things done sloppily.

Drive

You don't wait to be told what to do. You identify what needs doing and do it.
